Falck Helse Online is a lifestyle mobile application designed to provide users with the ability to consult with specialists and advisors online via their smartphones, tablets, or computers. The app offers a convenient way to book consultations with Falck Helse's counseling center, and once booked, users receive an invitation via SMS or email. The consultation will then be available under "My Appointments" in the app. Users can log in using BankID and proceed to the consultation. Falck Helse will call the user at the scheduled time.

To ensure a successful video consultation, Falck Helse recommends users to choose a safe and quiet place with good lighting, use a stable internet connection, and wear headphones. All communication during the video consultation is encrypted and complies with privacy standards.
